China has said it is hoping to attract more overseas talents and investment by make it easier for foreign nationals to obtain a green card. Until now the permanent residency cards were won by two fields’ foreign nationals, and the standards of the grounding standards are too high, said the State News agency Xinhua. But whether the new rules actually make a different to the attraction of China as the place to work for the foreign nationals? And why it is now for China to ruling out the red capes for them anyway?
